Taste Description

Our custom-branded, private label flavored seltzer water (sold by the case of 24 cans) is made to order in our FDA-registered beverage facility, using purified, UV-treated water we produce on site. Every order offers a robust selection of flavors and add-ins, plus fully customizable artwork, perfect for trade shows, launches, kits, PR drops, college campus events, and high-impact activations.

Taste

Crisp and bubbly with no sweetener: your flavor adds aroma and a light, clean taste on the tongue, and add-ins like caffeine or B vitamins are up to you.

Color and Appearance

Our Flavored Seltzer Water has no added color and is typically clear like water, with medium-high carbonation; some add-ins can give it a slight yellow tint or a light haze.

The Process

After you place your order, we formulate, blend, batch, and can your drink based on your choices. It takes a little time, so thank you for your patience. As long as all raw materials are available, your order is typically ready to ship in:

What goes in your Flavored Seltzer Water

You choose the flavors and any add-ins; this drink has no sweetener. Here is what each one is.

We flavor our drinks with natural flavors and extracts.

Pick a primary flavor and, if you like, a secondary flavor. The primary leads, and the secondary adds a supporting note.

What “natural flavor” means: under FDA rules, a natural flavor gets its flavor from natural sources, such as fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, roots, bark and leaves. Flavor makers draw it out as essential oils, essences, extracts or distillates, then blend them into the flavor you taste. Its job is flavor, not nutrition. An artificial flavor is any flavoring that does not come from those sources.

Caffeine

120mg per can

Caffeine is the same compound found naturally in coffee beans, tea leaves and cocoa. It is a staple of energy drinks and is making its way into many other drink categories. Each can contains 120mg; for comparison, FDA lists 113 to 247mg for a 12 oz cup of regular brewed coffee. High levels of caffeine have a slightly bitter taste, and since our Flavored Seltzer Water has no sweetener, you may notice it.

Each can carries its caffeine amount and a caffeine advisory on the label.

Vitamins B6 & B12

Made with 50% of the Daily Value of each

In the builder Vitamin B-Duo (50% RDI B6 & B12)

Vitamins B6 and B12 are two of the eight B vitamins. Both are essential vitamins: the body can’t make them, so it gets them from food, B6 from foods such as fish, poultry and potatoes, and B12 mainly from fish, meat, eggs and dairy. Each can is made with 0.85mg of vitamin B6 and 1.2mcg of vitamin B12, 50% of the Daily Value for each. B vitamins add a slight chalky, vitamin-like taste, which we minimize and balance with our flavor levels and formulation.

Zinc

About 2.3mg zinc, 20% of the Daily Value

Zinc is an essential mineral, found in foods such as shellfish, meat, beans, nuts and dairy. Each can contains 7mg of zinc citrate, which provides about 2.3mg of zinc, 20% of the Daily Value. At our level, zinc typically blends in without changing the flavor.

L-Theanine

100mg per can

L-theanine is an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves; both green and black tea contain it. Each can contains 100mg. It has a very neutral taste and dissolves easily, which makes it a good fit for custom drinks of almost any flavor.

American Ginseng

25mg per can

In the builder Mind (25mg Ginseng)

Ginseng is the root of a slow-growing plant. Ours is an extract of American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius), which is native to the forests of eastern North America, at 25mg per can. It has a very strong bitter, earthy taste, so we use a small amount that blends well with the drink. It may leave a slight sediment at the bottom of the can, which is normal. Please don’t shake it, since sparkling drinks foam over; if you like, slowly turn the can over once and let it rest a moment before opening.

Nutrition Facts. Every can carries the Nutrition Facts panel and ingredient list for its exact build, and we add both to your label for you.

Your design wraps all the way around, and whatever your order size, you get the same full design freedom, from bold artwork to clean, minimal layouts.

Every can also needs the label information FDA requires, such as the Nutrition Facts panel and the ingredient list. We add it for you in a space reserved on your label.

    Bring Your Own Artwork

    $35 one-time set-up fee

    Download the sizing template for your can size and label material from our Label Templates page, and add your own artwork (the print specs are on the same page). Upload the finished file in the “Upload your artwork” step as you order. Not ready yet? You can order now and send it after; we’ll reach out once you’ve ordered.

    We’ll take care of the rest: we check your file for alignment, print quality and room for the required label information, and you approve a 3D proof before your cans go into production.

  • Option 2

    Design a Label for Me

    $95 one-time set-up fee

    Let our design team bring your vision to life! We’ll create a one-of-a-kind label for your drink and your brand style. When you choose this option, the builder opens a box for your ideas, colors and inspiration, and you can add your logo or reference images in the “Upload your artwork” step. We’ll reach out to go over the details, and you approve the design before we make your drink.

  • Option 3

    Customize a Stock Label

    Free

    Start from one of our stock label designs and make it yours: change the text on the front, add your own photo or logo, or both. Pick your design in the builder, describe your changes in the box that opens, and upload your image in the “Upload your artwork” step. No set-up fee.

  • Option 4

    Repeat Order

    Free when the can size matches

    Ordering a drink again? Choose this option, add your previous order number if you have it, and we’ll use the same label you had before, whether you designed it, we designed it or you customized one of ours. No set-up fee when your can size matches your original order.

About label fees. Label set-up fees are one-time per drink. If you order several cases of the same drink, you pay the label fee once. And if you reorder later with the same label in the same can size, there’s no new label fee.

Before we print. We review every label before printing. We can’t print health claims, or logos, photos or artwork you don’t have the rights to use, and we may ask you to change them.

    The only label for rush orders. With rush, your order is typically ready to ship 4–7 business days from when your order is placed, for a one-time fee of $99 per drink.

    We print on 1200 DPI printers with pigment inks for a wide color range and sharp detail: photo-quality printing that really shows off your logo, your artwork or your beautiful smiling face. The label is BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene), laminated with a high-clarity polypropylene film that locks in the inks and makes it waterproof: in our own test, wrapped cans spent two weeks underwater in an iced cooler and held up fine.

    Note: the label wraps all the way around the can but leaves the small silver lip under the lid uncovered, as you can see in our product photos.

Your design is digitally printed directly onto the aluminum can for a seamless, full-coverage look from top to bottom (the base stays bare). The result is a durable finish that resists scratches from normal handling and cooler ice, feels ultra-smooth in hand and elevates your brand’s presentation.

    Shelf Life

    Typically 9+ months with a “best by” date on the label or the container

    Every drink is made when you order it, so it reaches you with as much shelf life as possible. Our drinks are formulated for a typical shelf life of 9+ months, and each one has a “best by” date printed on the label or the container.

    The “best by” date is a recommendation, not a guarantee, and how you store your drinks makes a big difference. A drink kept somewhere cool, dry and dark keeps its quality much longer than one left in direct sunlight or in a hot garage in summer.

    Allergens

    Reviewed for the 9 major food allergens we don’t use any of them

    We review every ingredient we use for the nine major food allergens FDA recognizes: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans and sesame. We don’t use any of them in our drinks.

    Our drinks are made in our own private facility, which we run ourselves and don’t share with any outside company. We make them following the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) for food.

    If you have a food allergy, always check the ingredient list on your can.
