YOURWAY Manufacturing is a made to order or "ON-DEMAND" manufacture which means that all of our products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer after they are ordered in batches of quantities sufficient to fulfill customer requested quantities. No inventory is kept. The standard production time for our products is approximately 3–5 weeks from the date of purchase.

What Happens If an Order Comes Up Short?
In rare cases, due to factors outside our control—such as: Manufacturing defects, Shipping damage, Acts of nature, or supply chain disruptions...a production run may result in fewer items being completed than originally ordered.

Our default Policy for orders affected in these circumstances will be to offer a refund for any missing item(s) at originally invoiced pricings.

Why Refund Instead of Reproduce?

Do to the nature of the manufacturing process of custom beverages re-manufacturing would be treated as a new order and be subject to another 3–5 weeks (or longer in peak seasons) lead time. To respect your time and ensure consistent production flow for all customers, a refund is the most efficient and fair resolution.
