ProtoPackers® is an ultra short run beverage co-packer designed to answer the # 1 need of small and/or start up beverage brands. We work directly with new beverage brand owners AND co-packers to do fulfillment of prototyping runs (more on this below!) Over the past 10 years spent helping more than 450 beverage brands design and create thousands of new and unique beverages from the ground up there was one question that was stuck on repeat.

"DO YOU KNOW A CO-PACKER WITH A LOW MINUMUM ORDER QUANTITY?"

That question seems straightforward, as it turns out however, the answer is anything but. If you have come this far you probably know what we are talking about. Just finding a co-packer with the capability to physically make your specific product is challenging enough. Asking for a "short-run" or a "trial run" comes with conditions and big commitments.

TRADITIONAL CO-PACKERS ARE NOT SETUP FOR SMALL RUNS

A traditional beverage bottling or canning facility does not have the capability or equipment to produce in small numbers. They are built for speed and efficiency. This is great for large and established brands, but not for new brands or testing ideas. A typical co-packer will have filling equipment that will fill 250-600 bottles/cans EVERY MINUTE! It doesn't make sense to setup a beverage run for a few hundred or even a few thousand units and then the shut down and sanitize after running for only two minutes.

WE MANUFACTURE IN-HOUSE ON OUR OWN CUSTOM DESIGNED VERSITILE LIQUID FILLING EQUIPMENT

We created ProtoPackers to provide the most versatile filling solution for as many beverage containers as possible all done at much lower speeds. This allows much smaller minimum order quantities (MOQ) with much less wasted materials and time. This is all done under one roof on our own equipment in our private facility.
